SHIPPING POLICY:
We do our best to process all orders within 24 hours, however processing time can take up to 3 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout prior to order completion. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Free ground shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more (before tax and any applicable discounts). Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered with standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
Currently we are only shipping web orders within the US. These are our rates:
Order total of $0 - $50.00 = $3.99 ground shipping
Order total of $51.00 - $74.00 = $4.99 ground shipping
Order total $75 and up = FREE GROUND SHIPPING
All orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped via USPS Priority. Additional Expedited shipping options for these locations are not currently available.
Shipping times may vary based on product availability and/or current promotional period.
PO BOX If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority free on orders $75 or more. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping is only available within the U.S. only at this time.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Restricted items may increase handling time.
Business Days & Holidays: All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Packages are not shipped or delivered on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day.
Tracking Orders: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the email.
