PRODUCT & INGREDIENT QUESTIONS:

 

Q:  Are your products cruelty-free?
A:   Yes, we are 100% cruelty free. We do not test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients in our products.

 

Q:  Are your products organic? 

A:   We use organic ingredients whenever we can. You'll see them marked with an asterisk in the ingredient lists of our products. 

 

Q:  Are your products nut-free? 

A:   We use some carrier oils derived from nut trees in our products because they offer great benefits for the skin. Examples of these nut oils include Argan Oil and Sweet Almond Oil. You can find a complete list of ingredients, including any tree nut oils used, on each product description page on our website. Please make sure to review our ingredient lists before buying if you have allergies.

 

Q:  Do you offer travel sizes?

A:   Yes! We offer travel-sized products, which you can purchase on our website.      

 

Q:  Do you offer samples?

A:   With every order, we like to include a sample of another product.

 

Q:  Will Jeunelle be launching more products?
A:    Absolutely! We can’t wait to share with you what we’ve been working on. As promised, we only introduce new products when they're just right. Q:  How long can I keep my products?

A:   Based on our testing all of our products carry a 2 year unopened shelf life. However, once opened, please follow the timing of the PAO date that can be found on each package. It's an open jar symbol that has the recommended number of months indicated.

 

Q:  How long does it take to see results?
A:   It depends on the product and your goal. Typically, customers may experience softer, more hydrated skin within a few days. However, achieving plumper, smoother, and firmer skin may require consistent daily use over a period of 4-6 weeks.

A:   Our products are meticulously crafted using the highest quality natural and organic plant-based ingredients, formulated to nourish your skin and promote a vibrant, healthy complexion. Q:  Are your products suitable for all skin types?

A:   Yes, our products are designed to be gentle yet efficacious, suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We recommend conducting a patch test with any new skincare product before applying it all over.

 

Q:  Do you test on animals? 

A:  Absolutely not. Jeunelle Aging Well Skincare is committed to cruelty-free practices. Our products are never tested on animals.

 

Q:  Can I use your products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding? 

A:  While our products are naturally-derived, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new skincare products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

 

Q:  How should I store my skincare products? 

A:   To keep your skincare products in top shape, store them in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight.

 

 

ORDER QUESTIONS: 

 

Q:  How can I track my order? 

A:   Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with your USPS or UPS tracking number. You also have an option to track your order using your tracking number on our website.

 

Q:  Can I return my product? 

A:   We want you to love our products, but if you need to return an order, we're here to help! You can return our products within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund.

 

Q:  What payment methods do you accept? 

A:   We accept:  Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

 

 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

 

Q:  How long will it take to get my order?

A:   Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive delivery details in your confirmation email.

 

Q:  My order arrived damaged, what should I do? 

A:   Please email at hello@jeunelleskincare.com with your order number and a photo and description of the damage. Once we receive your email, we'll assist you with the next steps. If you bought from another authorized retailer, kindly get in touch with them directly for support.
